RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview

This Returns Policy explains when and how customers may return items purchased from Semple&Co. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

2. Cancellation Rights

Under UK consumer law, customers may normally (see exclusions in section 3) cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

3. Bullion Products

Orders containing bullion products may be exempt from the standard cancellation period where the price of the product depends on fluctuations in financial markets that are outside our control. In such cases, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

4. Returning Items

If a return is permitted, customers must notify Semple&Co within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must then be returned within 14 days of the cancellation request.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged, altered, or cleaned. Where possible, original packaging should also be included.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If goods are faulty or significantly not as described, customers may request a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Refunds

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
