Semple&Co currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

3. Dispatch Times

Orders are normally dispatched within up to 2 working days after payment has been received and cleared.

4. Shipping Method

Orders are typically shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another fully tracked and insured postal service. Delivery details will be confirmed during checkout.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are always charged for each order. Semple&Co does not offer local collection.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Semple&Co cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout and confirmed by the courier's tracking system.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal service delays or severe weather.

9. Precious Metals Notice

Due to the nature of precious metals markets, bullion products may be exempt from certain cancellation rights where prices fluctuate based on financial market conditions.
